This page lists down some Korean words that I’ve learned from various sources (books, sites, blogs, songs, podcasts, etc). I wanted to make this organized so I made it in such a way that it lists down the words just like in the dictionary. Most of the words that I’ve included here are the ones which I already know. If there are some wrong information, feel free to leave a comment and correct me. It’s my only way to know if I’m learning the right way.

Thanks Flint.
Nice idea!. Want to have my own lexicon too!! and thank you for creating this page… I can also learn from this… ^^
Hi Hazell.
I’m glad you liked this idea.
I’m planning to update this page but I still don’t have the time though. I probably will on my off.
is there a specific pattern
on how you distinguish prounouncing ㅂ between b and p?
i have the same confusion with ㄱ (g or k?)
please help!
I’m not an expert so this may be partially wrong or right. I’ve have this book “Elementary Korean” and it has this chart where it places the sound values of each consonant.
For the letter ㅂ, it can sound as p at the start of a word. For example, 방 room. But it can also sound as b when placed in the middle, for example 가방 bag. Both of them has 방 in them but the sound before it makes all the difference.
Hope that helped.
